It is known that many accidents occur as a result of intended misuse and/or miscreant behaviour however it has been found that some accidents occur as a result of totally innocent input by the passenger.

To some in the industry the action of the passenger is obviously dangerous and leads to the event but some accidents are as a result of chance and often bad luck
