All projects or instructions are directly overseen by one of our leading lift and escalator engineer consultants, who takes responsibility for being your main point of contact and who has a hands on approach to seeing through the works.
The added value provided by our independent engineering consultants at the design and planning stage of projects, whether new build or modernisation, is undisputed. LECS UK’s consultants contribute to project efficiency, safety, aesthetics and of course, longer-term budget savings.
Assisting with design and new construction issues includes feasibility studies and traffic analysis, evaluation of building and equipment quality and condition. This then moves to a comprehensive specification, tender and bid process management, followed by overseeing installation, monitoring progress and final inspection. The entire project is managed through to commissioning stage.
Ongoing management post-installation can also be provided to ensure all maintenance, documentation and regulation requirements, continue to be met.
LECS UK will ensure from the outset that you are walked through the various key stages of the project from design to tendering to construction, right through to handover, commissioning and post-occupation management.
